If you do not agree, please leave this website straight away. Before you make an order, you should read these terms and conditions in their entirety.
It is our desire that all shoppers have a pleasant and rewarding shop experience with Combat Zone because we hope you will shop with us again. If for some reason you are disatisfied with the goods or service at Combat Zone, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will always attempt to resolve any issues.
Restricted ItemsPlease be aware that some items for sale on this site are AGE-RESTRICTED. This includes all our camping knives and penknives. Knives are not for sale to people under the age of 16. For the avoidance of doubt, our policy is to refuse the sale of such items to shoppers under the age of 18 - no exceptions! Visitors under the age of 16 should not register with this online shop, nor submit any information to us. Any shoppers purchasing knives may be contacted and asked to send proof of their age to Combat Zone before the goods will be dispatched. Apologies for any inconvenience that may be caused by this, but we take such matters very seriously.
Dispatch of GoodsWe only dispatch goods once payment has cleared. Most shoppers should allow up to 10 days for delivery, unless stated otherwise in a product's description listing, however we do try to send out products as soon as we can. If an item is out of stock or subject to any sort of delay in dispatch, Combat Zone will contact you. Shipping and handling costs depends on the total cost of your order and / or the products purchased. Any shipping or handling costs will be made clear BEFORE the final stage of the checkout process. If you have any queries please contact us. At the time of compiling these terms and conditions, Combat Zone ships to the UK, Northern Ireland and BFPO.
PaymentCombat Zone operates a minimum order of £10. We currently accept payment by cheque, credit card or by PayPal. Those shoppers opting to pay by credit card or PayPal will be requested to follow a link to the PayPal website at the end of the checkout process. PayPal offer secure online shopping facilities. To find out more about their security and privacy policies, visit PayPal Website (opens in new window). Those shoppers paying by cheque should make prompt payment to avoid unnecessary delays to the dispatch of goods because goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Details of where to post your cheque and who to make it payable to are made clear during the checkout process.
Returns PolicyAll our products are covered by the original manufacturers' warranties. If, in the unlikely event you find that the goods you receive are faulty, or they are substantially different to the listed item description, you must return them to us within 7 days in their original packaging and we will post an agreed replacement item out to you for no extra cost. If the goods are not faulty and you have just changed your mind, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. You should contact Combat Zone beforehand to arrange any returns.
Product Listings and ImagesWe have tried our best to accurately present all the items for sale on this website. However, we are unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the products themselves.
Billing And Delivery AddressesBy submitting an order to us, you warrant that all the delivery, billing and payment details you have provided to us are correct and that payment will be given to us in full. If the billing address and the delivery address are the same, you confirm that you are the person referred to in that address. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing address.
Confirmation and Refusals of OrdersWhen you complete the checkout process, an automated email will be sent to you acknowledging the details of your order. This does not consitute an official order confirmation from Combat Zone. On occasion, Combat Zone may not accept an order, this may be down to stock unavailability, inability to obtain authorisation for payment, or product pricing or description errors. An order with Combat Zone is accepted and confirmed at the point of dispatch (unless you have cancelled the order in line with our Cancelling Orders process). If, for some reason, an order is not accepted by Combat Zone, we will do our best to alert the shopper of this.
Refunds and CancellationsIf you would like to cancel order or request a refund, you must do so within 7 days of making your order. You should contact Combat Zone directly using the details on the Contact Us page. It is not always possible to stop an order being dispatched, as we try to process orders as soon as possible, therefore you may need to return the item to us. If we receive your cancellation request before the goods have been dispatched, your funds (including postage) will be refunded. If we receive your cancellation request after goods have been dispatched, you will be refunded as soon as the goods have been returned to us in perfect condition. Returned goods must be sent back to us within 14 days of making the initial order request. Only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded, not the shipping or handling costs.
